Micromax has launched the company’s latest smartphone in the Canvas series – Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 E313 in India at a price tag of Rs. 5,999. It is available exclusively on Flipkart and comes in Black finish with Gold Rim. As a promotional offer, it comes with free 3G data for 2 months for Vodafone customers. The registration for the first flash sale will start from July 27th and it will go on sale starting August 4th.

On the specifications front, it features 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is powered by 1.4GHz Octa-Core MediTek processor which is paired with Mali 450 GPU & 1GB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, upgradeable to Android 5.0 Lollipop and has 8GB in-built memory which can be expanded further by using microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 13-megapixel auto-focus rear-camera with dual LED flattened 2-megapixel front-facing camera with OV sensor.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.
It packs 2500mAh battery.
It comes with smart Gestures, Quick Look and Camera Widget and packs Cirrus Logix Wolfson Stereo DAC for enhanced audio experience.
