Intex has launched the company’s latest 4G smartphone with VoLTE support – Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 in India at a price tag of Rs. 6,390. It comes in Blue, White & Champagne colours and there is no word on the availability. India via retails stores. The Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 is the upgraded version of the Intex Aqua Strong 5.1 that was launched in the month of August 2016. The Aqua Strong 5.2 is preloaded with apps like Matrabhasha and Sony Liv. At such a price tag, it will compete with Alcatel Pixi 4, Lenovo A6000 and more.
On the specifications front, the Intex Aqua Strong 5.2 features 5-inch FWVGA IPS display with a resotlion of 854 x 480 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2. It is powered by 1.0GHz Quad-Core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor which is paired with Mali-T720 GPU & 2GB of RAM. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and it has 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 32GB via microSD card.
On the photography front, Intex Aqua Strong features 5MP rear-camera with LED flash and 2MP front-facing camera with LED flash for selfie & video-calling. The smartphone also comes equipped with camera features in the likes of smile detection, face beauty, panorama mode and voice capture.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.
It packs 2800mAh battery and according to company claims it offers 16 hours of talktime on 3G & 4G along with 466 hours of standby time.
