HTC has announced the company’s latest smartphone – HTC Bolt in U.S. for Sprint network at a price tag of US $25 per month and comes with 24-month contract. It comes in Gunmetal and Glacier Silver colour and looks a lot like HTC 10 smartphone that was launched earlier this year.
On the specifications front, the HTC Bolt features 5.5-inch Quad HD screen LCD 3 display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered with 2.0GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor which is paired with Adreno 430 GPU & 3GB of RAM. it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with HTC Sense UI on top of it and comes with 32GB in-built memory which can be expanded further via microSD card.
On the photography front, the HTC Bolt features 16MP rear camera camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), 0.3s Phase Detection Auto Focus and 4k video recording. It also features 8MP front-camera for selfie.
It has connectivity features like 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4,1, GPS with GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C.
It has a water-resistant unibody aluminium design and comes with fingerprint sensor on the home button which unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds. It also doesn’t have a 3.5mm audio jack and comes with HTC BoomSound Adaptive Audio, which scans your ears and the ambient noise around you to adjust audio output to suit your personal hearing capabilities. It also has Hi-Res audio delivers 24-bit audio.
It packs 3200mAh battery which provides a day or mote use and supports Qualcomm QuickCharge 2.0 fast charging.
