At IFA 2016, ZTE has announced the company’s latest smartphone – ZTE Axon 7 Mini at a price tag of 299 Euros (US $334). It comes in Gold & Grey and will be available in Europe & Russia starting from this month. Later on, the smartphone will be rolled out in U.S., Russia, Germany, Spain, Poland, Japan, Australia, India & Saudi Arabia soon. Originally, ZTE Axon 7 Mini is the smaller version of the ZTE Axon 7, ZTE Axon 7 was launched in the month of May. It has unibody metal design, hybrid dual SIM card support and dual front-facing speakers, Dolby Atmos and AKM4962 audio chip for an enhanced audio experience. It also comes with fingerprint sensor on the back.
On the specifications front, it features 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 64-bit processor with Adreno 405 GPU & 3GB RAM. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and it has 32GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 128GB via microSD card.
On the photography front, it features 16MP rear camera with dual LED Flash, PDAF, OIS, f/1.9 aperture and 8MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture, 88-degree wide-angle lens.
It has Hybrid SIM card slot and connectivity features like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS with GLONASS, USB Type-C.
