TP-Link has launched the company’s latest portable power bank – PB50 in India. It has a capacity of 10,000mAh and it can charge your smartphone 3-5 times depending on the battery capacity of the smartphone. There is no word on the pricing and availability of the power bank.
The TP-Link PB50 comes with a chip which recognize users device and delivers maximum speed up to 2A for iOS, Android or other USB-enabled devices. For safety features PB50 comes with Lithium polymer battery cells from LG which offers durability and heat resistance of batteries by applying nano ceramic coating and through reducing of short circuits inside the battery by using porous PO material with high ventilation.
The TP-LINK PB50 Power Bank comes with 6 safety features which include: protection against short circuit, Over-current protection, Over-discharge, Over-Voltage, Over-charge and Over-heating. These are features which must be considered while purchasing a Power Bank and TP-LINK has certainly met all the pre-requisites for a reliable Power Bank with the PB50.
The TP-LINK PB50 power bank comes with dual USB ports with 5V/2A and 5V/1A and it allows charing two devices simultaneously. It has built-in circuit that provides full power to your smartphone and comes with Universal Compatibility with almost any smart devices like iPhones, iPads, Android smartphones/Tablets and other 5V input USB-charged devices improves its usability.
On the side of the TP-LINK’s PB50 is a button which on being pressed gives an indication of how much charge the battery has, by making use of four green LED lights. Each LED light indicates that 25% of battery power is left in the Power Bank. This is extremely useful as one would know when to put it on charge and will avoid any cases of the Power dying out when really needed.
