Samsung India listed the company’s latest smartphone in the Galaxy On series – Samsung Galaxy On5 on their official website. Now, the listed has been removed off but you can still find the listing via cache here. It carries the model number SM-G550F and recently it got certified on TENAA in China. It comes in Black & Gold colours and it has leather like back cover. it is expected that, Samsung will launch the Galaxy On5 soon in India. Apart from this, there are rumours that, Samsung also launched the Galaxy On7 smartphone in Galaxy On series.
On the specifications front, it features 5-inch HD screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core EXYNOA 3475 processor which is paired with Mali-T720 GPU & 1.5GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and has 8GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 128GB by using microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 8-megapixel rear-camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/ GLONASS.
It packs 2600mAh battery.
