Reliance Digital has launched the company’s latest smartphone in Flame series – Reliance Digital LYF Flame 7S in India at a price tag of Rs. 3,499. It comes in Black & Red colour and will be available at Reliance Digital stores across the country. It comes with VoLTE support and reliance Jio Welcome offer under which users get free & unlimited access to Jio’s suite of services, including voice, data & its bundled apps till December 31st, 2016. At such a price tag, it will compete with Micromax Canvas Spark 2 Plus, Phicomm Clue 630 and more.
On the specifications front, it features 4-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and protected by Asahi Glass. It is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core processor which is paired with 1GB of RAM. it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and it has 8GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 32GB via microSD card.
On the photography front, it features 5-megapixel rear-camera with LED flash and 0.3-megapixel VGA front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling. Both the rear & front camera support 4X digital zoom and you can record videos in HD @60fps. Other features are HDR, Panorama, Face Detection, Smile Shutter, Burst Mode, Slow Motion Video, Metering, White Balance, Anti-Banding, and ISO.
It has dual SIM support and connectivity features like 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.
It packs 1800mAh battery which claims to offers up to 6 hours of talktime on 4G & standby time of up to 400 hours.
