OPPO has launched the company’s latest smartphone in the F-series – OPPO F3 Plus in India at a price tag of Rs 30,990. The smartphone comes in Gold, Rose Gold colors and goes on sale from April 1st, 2017, both online & offline across India. Although, the pre-orders will begin today till March 31st on Amazon.in, Flipkart and other retailers. The main highlight of the smartphone is its 16-megapixel front-facing camera with 1/3.1-inch sensor and f/2.0 aperture along with an 8-megapixel secondary front camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens for capturing better group selfies.

Display, Processor, Memory and Operating System:
On the specifications front, the OPPO F3 Plus features 6-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top of it. The smartphone is powered by 1.96GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor which is paired with Adreno 510 GPU & 4GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with ColorOS 3.0 on top of it and has 64GB inbuilt memory which can be expanded further up to 256GB via microSD card.
Camera:
On the camera side, the OPPO F3 Plus features 16MP rear-camera with f/1.7 aperture, 6P lens and OIS+. Talking about the selfie camera, the OPPO F3 Plus features 16MP & 8MP dual-lens camera with dual PDAF technology that can capture 120-degreee wide-angle selfies. The smartphone comes with various camera features, including the Beautify 4.0 app, Selfie Panorama, Screen Flash, and Palm Shutter.

The smartphone has Hybrid SIM Card slot and connectivity features like 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, GPS. The smartphone comes with are accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.

The smartphone measures 163.63×80.8×7.35mm and weighs 185 grams. It has a fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button that works even when your fingers are moist and unlocks your phone in 0.2 seconds.

The OPPO F3 Plus packs 4,000mAh non-removable battery with VOCC Flash Charge technology that offer 2 hours of talk-time in 5 minutes of charging.
Competitors:
At such a price tag, the OPPO F3 Plus will compete with Vivo V5 Plus which also features dual selfie camera setup. While the other smartphone that compete with OPPO F3 Plus is OnePlus 3, OnePlus 3T & Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro, Apple iPhone 6 and few others.
