Motorola Moto G is the best budget Android smartphone available in the market today and earlier Nokia announced few Android phones at MWC 2014. Motorola Moto G offers great build, features and software along with an affordable price tag whereas the Nokia X is the first phone in the Nokia X family & it runs on forked version of Android. Design
Both devices have polycarbonate bodies. The Nokia X has vibrant colours whereas the Motorola Moto G features swappable back covers. The Nokia X is not so curvy around the corners whereas the Motorola Moto G is curvy at the corners. The Nokia X weighs 128 grams whereas the Motorola Moto G weighs 143 grams.
Display
The Nokia X features a 4-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels at 233ppi whereas the Motorola Moto G features a 4.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels at 326ppi.
Hardware
The Nokia X powered by 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Soc and 512MB of RAM whereas the Motorola Moto G powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 SoC and 1GB of RAM.
Memory
The Nokia X has 4GB internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB vis microSD card whereas the Motorola Moto G is available only in 8GB or on 16GB.
Operating System
The Nokia X runs on forked version of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and it uses Nokia/Microsoft’s own custom interface & suite of applications. In addition to this, it does not have access to Google services like other Android phones. The Motorola Moto G runs on stock build of Android 4.4 KitKat.
Camera
The Nokia X uses a 3-megapixel rear-facing camera which can record up to 480p videos at 30fps whereas the Motorola Moto G features a 5-megapixel rear camera and it has the ability to shoot 720p video. The Motorola Moto G also has a decent 1.3-megapixel front-camera.
Battery
The Nokia X packs 1,500mAh battery whereas the Motorola Moto G packs 2,070mAh battery and offers a full day of charge.
