Nikon has launched the company’s latest DSLR – Nikon D850 in India at a starting price tag of Rs. 2,54,950. The Nikon D850 will be available from starting September 7th, 2017. The Nikon D850 body cost Rs. 2,54,950 while the Nikon D850 + AF-S NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4G ED VR lens cost Rs. 2,99,950. Originally, the camera was announced last month and the main highlight of the camera is that it comes with 45.7-megapixel CMOS sensor. The Nikon D850 comes with launch offers like a complimentary AF-S NIKKOR 85mm f/1.8G prime lens prime lens when you buy the AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm lens or a 200-500mm lens with the body or kit, and a complimentary AF-S VR 70-300mm lens when you purchase the AF-S NIKKOR 24-70 f/2.8G ED lens with the body or kit. In addition to this, on the purchase of Nikon D850 customers will also receive a Jealiot Runner 0702 DSLR backpack and a 64GB UHS-1 SD card.
The Nikon D850 has rugged magnesium alloy body and it is weather sealed which means it can withstand environmental changes. The Nikon D850 features 45.7-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor without any optical low pass filter and it is powered by Nikon’s EXPEED 5 Image Processor. With Nikon D850 you can shoot up to 7fps or 9fps when using optional battery grip & an EN-EL 18-series battery.
The Nikon D850 comes with features like ISO range from 64 to 25,600 but is expandable from “Lo 1 (ISO 32)” to Hi 2 (ISO 1,02,400)”, 153-point autofocus system with 99 cross-type autofocus points, and can shoot 4K UHD video at 30 or 24 frames per second and 1080p video at up to 120fps. The camera packs full-frame 4K UHD video capabilities and it can record 4X & 5X slow-motion videos in Full HD, 8K time-lapse movie producing using interval timer photography.
The Nikon D850 equipped with 3.2-inch touch-screen LCD monitor that has 2.35 million dot resolution display and tilt functionality. The Nikon D850 has support for dual memory card one with XQD while one with SD card slot, and comes with connectivity features like built-in Wi-Fi & Bluetooth for Nikon’s SnapBridge feature, lets you transfer images from the camera to your smartphone even when the camera is switched off.
According to the company, the Nikon D850 comes with 0.75x viewfinder, the highest ever in Nikon DSLR and the Auto Picture Control atomically fine-tunes images in accordance with the scene. In addition to this, there are other features like electronic shutter for live view mode for silent shooting, radio control speed light, 1,80,000-pixel RGB sensor for metering, RAW batch processing in three sizes, backlit buttons,
The camera comes with connectivity ports like HDMI, headphone, and microphone.
