Motorola India has announced a new service – Moto Xpress. It is a pilot project which offers doorstep home pick up and drop service for their customers in Delhi, Gurgaon and Nodia starting from this week. As of now, the company has currently 160 service centres across India and already opened Moto Care Service & Experience Centre in Bangalore earlier this year.
The Moto Xpress service costs Rs. 199 and it can be available by contacting the number 011-417171124. As soon as you register your request, the service staff will reach to you with a trained Motorola representative. The Motorola representative rectify software and accessory related issues on the sport within an hour & hardware issues will be resolved within 5 working days, as said in a press release.
According to Motorola,
“In India, our customer satisfaction score is over 85 percent and with out latest initiative we aim to continue enhancing our after sale services.”
It is expected that, the Motor Xpress service will expand to other parts of the country, only if this pilot program is a success in Delhi, Gurgaon & Noida.
