Gionee has launched the company’s latest smartphone in the Marathon series – Gionee Marathon M4 in India at a price tag of Rs. 15,499. It comes in White & Black colour.

On the specifications front, it features 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor which is paired with Mali 400 GPU & 2GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Amigo UI 3.0 on top of it and has 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded further by microSD card.
On the imagining front, it features 8-megapixel auto-focus camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
it has dual-SIM support with dual Standby and connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB OTG.
It packs 5000mAh battery which offers 440 hours of standby time and up to 50 hours of talk time.
it has USB OTG support and lets you charge other smartphones easily with the bundled USB OTG cable. Already, Gionee announced the Marathon M5 with 6020Ah battery in June.
Marathon M5 comes with interesting feature “Hotknot”, it allows two phones to exchange photos & videos in an instant as long as the two screens are put together.
