Microsoft has announced the availability of Microsoft Lumia 640XL LTE smartphone in India at a price tag of Rs. 17,399. It is available across India and comes with double data offer from Airtel & the offer available till December 21, 2015.
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Ravi Kunwar, Director North Microsoft Mobile Devices, said:

On the specifications front, it features 5.7-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor which is paired with Adreno 305 GPU & 1GB of RAM. it runs on Windows Phone 8.1 operating system with Lumia Denim, upgradeable to Windows 10 operating system and has 8GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 128GB via microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 13-megapixel rear-camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS / aGPS.
It packs 3000mAh battery.
