Micromax has launched the company’s latest smartphone – Micromax Selfie 2 in India at a price tag of Rs. 9,999. The smartphone comes in Black color, and it will be available in retail stores starting from 1st August 2017. The main highlight of the Micromax Selfie 2 is that is its selfie camera, fingerprint sensor, and runs on Android Nougat operating system. Apart from this, the Micromax Selfie 2 comes with 100 days replacement guarantee scheme, and this also includes the one year warranty period.

On the specifications front, the Micromax Selfie features 5.2-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor which is paired with 3GB of DDR3 RAM. The smartphone runs on Android Nougat operating system and comes with all latest features like the multi-window view, reply in the notification panel, enhanced doze mode, and much more. The smartphone has 32GB internal storage which can be expanded further up to 64GB via microSD card.

On the photography front, the Micromax Selfie 2 features 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 and 8MP front facing the camera with LED flash, f/2.0 for selfie & video-calling. The smartphone comes with features like real-time bokeh effect, face beauty mode, one touch shot, auto scene detection, and panorama.
