Micromax Launches Windows Phone 8.1 Smartphones ‘Canvas Win W092’ and ‘Canvas Win W121’ for Rs. 6500 and Rs. 9500
Micromax, India’s second largest handset maker company has launched two Windows Phone 8.1 smartphones – Canvas Win W092 and Canvas Win W121 at a budget price range in the Canvas Win series. Micromax has announced its first set of Windows Phone OS devices, four months after Microsoft announced Micromax as a Windows Phone partner. The two phones are powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad core processor with 1GB RAM. Both Phone feature dual-SIM support and run on Windows Phone 8.1.
The Canvas Win W092, an affordable Windows Phone handset features a 4-inch display with a IPS WVGA display, an 5 megapixel rear camera (with LED flashÂ), a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera, and 8GB of built in storage with up to 32GB of expandable memory.
The Canvas Win W121 is nearly identical with the Canvas Win W092, though it features a larger display and a high-resolution camera. It features a 5-inch 720p HD IPS display, an 8 megapixel rear camera (with LED flash), a 2 megapixel front-facing camera, and 8GB of built in storage with up to 32GB of expandable memory. The Canvas Win W121 is equipped with proximity, gravity, and light sensors, an accelerometer and comes with a leather finish back panel.
