LG has launched the company’s latest smartphone – LG Max in India at a price tag of Rs. 10,990. It comes in White, Titan and Gold colours. The back cover has grooved circular pattern and it offers better grip & texture. LG Max comes with Gesture Shot which lets you to take selfies without pressing any buttons, by simply opening & closing a hand in front of the camera & has a selfie flash which turns the phone’s display into a soft flash.
Commenting on the launch, Amit Gujral, Marketing head, LG Mobiles India, said:
“Most of the people who use internet on smartphones use 3G services as 4G is still at a nascent stage in our country. Keeping this in mind, LG has launched LG Max as we are sure that this smartphone will offer unprecedented value to 3G consumers. This smartphone offers great balance of form, function and price and we expect it to be even more successful than its predecessor.”
On the specifications front, it features 5-inch FWVGA display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels and it is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor which is paired with 1GB of RAM. it runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and has 8GB in-built memory which can be expanded further by using microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 8-megapixel rear-camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 3G (HSPA+ 21Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.
It packs 2540mAh battery.
