Lenovo has launched the company’s latest smartphone – Lenovo K5 Plus in India at a price tag of Rs. 8,499. It comes in three colours – Platinum Silver, Champagne Gold & graphite Gray colours and it is available exclusively on Flipkart starting 23rd April through open sale. In addition to this, there will be exchange & upgrade offers for existing Lenovo A6000 and A6000 Plus users during first sale. Originally, it was announced at MWC 2016 in Barcelona last month.

On the specifications front, it features 5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is powered by 1.5GHz Octa-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor which is paired with Adreno 405 GPU & 2GB DDR3 RAM. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and it has 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 128GB via microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 13-megapixel rear-camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS.
it packs 2750mAh removable battery.
It also comes with TheaterMax technology, similar to the Vibe K4 Note and Vibe X3 for VR experience when combined ANT VR headset.
