Lenovo has announced the company’s latest smartphone in the K-series in China at a starting price tag of 1499 Chinese Yuan. It comes in Black, White and Red colours and the 2GB variant with 32GB storage costs 1499 Chinese Yuan while the 4GB variant with 64GB storage costs 1799 Chinese Yuan. The 2GB variant goes on sale through T-mall starting April 30th and the 4GB variant go on sale sooner. There is no word on the global roll out.
On the specifications front, it features 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is powered by 1.8GHz quad-core 64-bit Intel Atom processor which is paired with 2GB RAM or 4GB RAM depending on the storage. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop and has 32GB or 64GB in-built memory.
On the specifications front, it features 13MP rear-camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS & NFC.
It packs 4000mAh battery which offers 33 hours of talk-time.
