Lava has launched the company’s latest tablet in the X-series – Lava X80 in India at a price tag of Rs. 9,999. It comes in Black & White colours.

On the specifications front, it features 8-inch IPD OGS display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and it is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom Baytrail processor (Turbo boost up to 1.83GHz) which is paired with 1GB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and has 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 32GB via microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 5MP auto-focus rear-camera and 3.2MP front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has connectivity features like 3G (with voice calling), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.
It packs 4200mAh battery.
