Gionee has launched the company’s latest flagship smartphone in the E-series – Gionee Elife E8 in India at a price tag of Rs. 34,999. It comes in Golden colour and available exclusively on Snapdeal starting October 12th.Originally, it was announced back in June in China.

On the specifications front, it features Quad HD AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by 2GHz oct-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor which is paired with PowerVR G6200 GPU & 3GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.1 operating system with Amigo 3.1 UI on top of it and has 64GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 128GB.
On the imaging front, it features 24-megapixel rear-camera with dual tone LED Flash and 8-megapixel front-facing camera with wide-angle lens for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, GPS, USB OTG, NFC.
It packs 3520mAh battery.
It has aluminium magnesium alloy frame, NXP Smart PA audio chip, stereo speakers with DTS support and a fingerprint sensor at the back.
