Asus announced that after receiving an overwhelming response for pre-orders on its latest Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5, the company has changed the sale date to September 8th, 2015. Earlier the sale is September 19th, 2015.
Commenting on this, Peter Chang, Regional Head – South Asia & Country Manager – System Business Group – ASUS India, said:

Being a new entrant in the market, consumers have accepted the brand with such great enthusiasm that we have to reset the sale date of our latest offering. Our endeavour has always been to ‘empower luxury to everyone’ and Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 is priced in a way that targets masses with its high-end features. Today we have a reach in 660 cities through Flipkart and we aim to achieve 5% market share in the country by next year.”
If you do not know, earlier this week Asus confirmed that they have received 30K pre-orders for the latest line of Zenfones & the Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 emerged as a consumer favourite. 10K units of Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 were ordered on third day & the company saw a complete stock-out of the device. The Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 costs Rs. 9,999 and it is a great buy for the consumers who are looking for features & design sensibilities of a high-end smartphone.
Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 comes in four colors — Pure Black, Ceramic White, Glamour Red, and Sheer Gold.
