At the event in Sao Paulo on Friday, Asus has unveiled the company’s latest smartphone – Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe Special Edition with 256GB in-built memory in Brazil. There is no word on the pricing as of now and it comes in two new back colours – textured black with red and illusion white with red accents. For gamers, it comes pre-installed with Asphalt 8 pre-installed for gamers.
On the specifications front, it features 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by 2.5GHz 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 processor which is paired with PowerVR G6430 GPU & 4GB RAM. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with ZEN UI on top of it and has 256GB in-built memory.
On the imaging front, it features 13-megapixel rear PixelMaster camera with real-tone flash and 5-megapiel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.
It packs 3000mAh battery.
The highlight of the smartphone is that, it comes with 256GB in-built memory and earlier this month, Asus only launched the 64GB and 128GB variant in India.
