Apple iPad Air and iPad mini with Retina display now available in India. Apple’s latest tablet models go on sale in India from Saturday with prices starting Rs 28,900 onwards. Company has launched both the tablets in an event in New Delhi. The 16GB Wi-Fi only iPad Mini with Retina display is available at Rs 28,900, its corresponding iPad Air model comes with a price tag of Rs 35,900.
The iPad Air is the new full-sized tablet by Apple, the tablet is 20% thinner, 28% lighter and has 43% smaller bezels than last year’s iPad 4. The iPad Air features a 9.7-inch Retina display, weighs 453 grams and it is 7.5mm thick. The tablet runs on 64-bit A7 chip and the M7 motion co-processor that was introduced recently with the iPhone 5S. The starting price of the new iPad Air is Rs 35,900, whereas the top model costs Rs 65,900.
The 32GB, 64GB and 128GB iPad Air Wi-Fi only models is priced at Rs. 42,900, Rs. 49,900 and Rs. 56,900 respectively. The 16GB iPad Air with cellular connectivity is priced at Rs. 44,900. The 32GB, 64GB and 128GB models is priced at Rs. 51,900, Rs. 58,900 and Rs. 65,900 respectively.

iPad mini with Retina Dispaly is the upgraded version on first iPad mini. It features features a 7.9-inch retina display that has twice the screen resolution than the first model. It also runs on the 64-bit A7 chipset. The starting price of the new iPad is Rs 28,900, whereas the top model costs Rs 58,900.
The 32GB, 64GB and 128GB iPad mini with Retina display Wi-Fi only models is priced at Rs. 35,900, Rs. 42,900 and Rs. 49,900 respectively. The 16GB iPad mini with Retina display and cellular connectivity is priced at Rs. 37,900. The 32GB, 64GB and 128GB models is priced at Rs. 44,900, Rs. 51,900 and Rs. 58,900 respectively.
