Acer has announced the Acer Iconia A1-830 Android tablet along with Iconia B1-720/B1-721 tablet and Liquid Z5 smartphone. It comes with an aluminum backing and an IPS display for wide viewing angles. The Iconia A1-830 features a 7.9-inch (1024 x 768 pixels for 253ppi) LED-backlit IPS display with 178 degree viewing angle. The tablet measures 8.15mm in thickness and weighs 380grams. Acer Iconia A1-830 is powered by 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z2560 processor with Hyper-Threading technology and 1GB of RAM.
The Acer Iconia A1-830 tablet features 5MP 1080p rear and 2MP 720p front cameras. There’s 16GB of on-board memory with expandable to 32GB via micro-SD card. The Iconia A1 tablet runs Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean with up to seven hours of battery life on a charge.
The Acer Iconia A1-830 comes in White color and works with the Acer Crunch Keyboard that’s 5.3mm thin and connects via Bluetooth 3.0, or the Acer Crunch Cover which doubles as a multi-angle stand.

Price & Availability
The Iconia A1-830 tablet will be available in early 2014 from the end of February at a starting price of 169 Euros (~Rs. 14,400 ~ $149). Acer will sell an optional Crunch keyboard and Crunch cover as well.
