Micromax YU has launched the company’s second YU branded smartphone – Yuphoria in India at a price tag of Rs. 6,999.
According to the company, it has metal frame which offers premium feel and the smartphone is assembled in India. It comes in Champagne Gold with White and Buffed Steel with Black colours. It is available exclusively on Amazon.in in flash sale models, the registrations will start from today and it will go on sale starting May 28th.
On the specifications front, it features 5.0-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it has 67.1% screen-to-body ratio. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and powered by 1.2GHz 64-bit Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor which is paired with Adreno GPU & 2GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.0 with Cyanogen OS 12.0 on top of it and has 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded further by using microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 8-megapixel auto-focus rear-camera with LED flash and has 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 & GPS.
It packs 2230mAh battery and comes with quick charge 1.0. It charges smartphone from 0 to 60% in 45 minutes.
