XOLO has announced that it would release Android 4.4 KitKat update for Xolo Q1200, Q900S, A500 Club, A600 And A550S IPS smartphones soon. Although, XOLO hasn’t mentioned any timeframe yet. The Android 4.4 KitKat update will bring a range of features, enhanced camera image quality, enhanced security and performance upgrade. The update will also bring an improved lock screen with full album art support, an updated Google Hangouts app, immersive mode, faster home-screen switching, emoji support for the keyboard, cloud printing and more.
Regarding Kitkat updates for its smartphones, Xolo said

Earlier XOLO rolled out KitKat update for Q1010i, Q1010, Q700S and released Beta version of the KiKat for Q3000 smartphone recently. The Android 4.4 KitKat beta update for the XOLO Q3000 is rolling out over-the-air or it can be manually downloaded from the official support site. XOLO roll out the final version of the KitKat update for Q3000 once the testing is complete.
The Xolo Q3000 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) comes with a 5.7-inch (1080×1920 pixels) full-HD IPS display. It is powered by a quad-core 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6589T processor coupled with 2GB of RAM.
The Q3000 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and BSI 2 sensor, while there is a secondary 5-megapixel front-facing camera which also features a BSI sensor. It has 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD.
The smartphone packs a 4000mAh battery, which according to the listing, delivers up to 33 hours of talk time and up to 667 hours of standby time on 2G networks. The Xolo Q3000 measures 164.8×81.6×8.9 mm.
