Xolo has launched the new budget Android smartphone – the Xolo A500S Lite in India at a price tag of INR 5,499 and it is the successor of A500S which was announced couple of months back. It is expected to go on sale in India pretty soon and comes in white colour. It supports 10 languages and has a leather finish on the back.
On the specification front, it features a 4-inch WVGA touch screen IPS display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels at 233ppi and it is powered by 1.3GH dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor which is coupled with Mali-400 GPU. It has 512 512MB RAM and has 4GB in-built storage and it is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
On the imaging front it has 3MP fixed-focus rear-camera with LED flash and 0.3MP front-facing camera. It is 9.2mm thick and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
It is fuelled with 1400mAh battery which claims to offer 8 hours of 3G talktime and has connectivity features like 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and aGPS.
