TCL has announced the company’s two new budget 4G smartphone – TCL Play 2 & TCL Play 2C in China at a price tag of 899 Yuan (US $140) & 699 Yuan respectively. The TCL Play 2 comes in White, Champagne Gold and Cherry Pink colour while the TCL Play 2C comes in White & Champagne Gold colours. The TCL Play 2C will be available in China starting December 10th while the TCL Play 2 will be available in China from late December. The TCL Play 2C will go on sale starting December 18th.
The TCL Play 2 features 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is powered by 1.5GHz Octa-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 MSM8952 processor which is paired with Adreno 405 GPU & 2GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system nd it has 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded further via microSD card. It features 13MP rear-camera with LED flash and 5MP front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling. It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. There is fingerprint sensor at the back & IR sensor to controls home appliances. It packs 2500mAh battery.

It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. There is fingerprint sensor at the back & IR sensor to controls home appliances. It packs 2000mAh battery.
