Samsung has announced the company’s latest smartphone – Samsung Galaxy On7 (2016) in China at a price tag of 1599 Yuan (US $240). It comes in Gold, Pink Gold & Black colours and will be available for order in China. It is the successor of the last year’s Galaxy On7 smartphone that was launchd in China. It is 8mm thick and has full metal unibody design. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the home button for unlocking and mobile payments using Alipay. There is no word on the availability of the smartphone in other countries. if it is launched in India, it will compete (on the specifications front) with the Lenovo Vibe K5 Note, the Moto G4 Plus and few more.
On the specifications front, Samsung Galaxy On7 2016 features 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 14nm processor which is paired with Adreno 506 GPU & 3GB of RAM. It runs on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) with Samsung’s own UI on top and has 32GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 256GB via microSD card.

On the photography front, Samsung Galaxy On7 2016 features 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
It has hybrid SIM card slot which means either you can use both SIMs at a time or you can use the microSD card & SIM at a time. It comes with connectivity features like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v 4.2, GPS.
It packs 3300mAh battery and it comes with support for fast charging.
