Samsung expected to launch the company’s latest smartphone – Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 in India at a price tag of Rs. 21,499. Originally, it was released in Asian countries and communise Cosmic Black and Blizzard White colour variants but India gets Brown Black colour. According to Manish Khatri, smartphone will be launched in India later this week and the MRP is Rs. 24,300.
On the specifications front, it features 6-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex processor which is paired with 1.5GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and has 16GB in-buitl memory which can be expanded further up to 64GB via microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 8MP auto-focus rear-camera with LED flash and 2.1MP front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE Cat.4 support but the Indian variant SM-G750H doesn’t comes with LTE support. Other connectivity features like 3G HSPA+21Mbps, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n 2.4 + 5GHz, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + GLONASS and NFC.
It packs 2,800mAh battery.
