Samsung has announced the company’s latest smartphone in the C-series – Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro in China at a price tag of 3199 Yuan. It comes in Gold & Rose Gold colours and available for pre-order in China & will go on sale starting from November 11th, 2016. It has aerospace-grade aluminium unibody design, dual speaker – one in the earpiece & other on the bottom and comes with a new antenna design. It has a fingerprint scanner embedded into the home button. The main highlight of the Galaxy C9 Pro is that it is the first device in Samsung’s portfolio to boast 6GB of RAM.
On the specifications front, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro features 6-inch Full HD AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is protected by 2.5D curved glass. It is powered by Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor which is paired with Adreno 510 GPU & 6GB of RAM. It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system with Samsung UI on top of it and it has 64GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 256GB via microSD card.
On the photography front, Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro features 16MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/1.9 aperture and 16MP front camera,f/1.9 aperture for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth v 4.2, ANT+, USB-Type-C, NFC.
The Galaxy C9 Pro measures 162.9×80.7×6.9mm and weighs in 189gm.
It has 4000mAh battery with fast charging support.
