OPPO India has announced the new India CEO, Mike Wang. He will take the charge effective from August 18th, 2015 and talking about the experience he has nearly two decades of experience in mobile handset industry. Apart from this, he also brings wealth of management & leadership expertise with him. Mike joined the OPPO in 2005 and has held a wide range of leadership positions across South-East Asian markets. After an in-depth research for one year into South Asian Market, Mike has joined the India CEO.

Indian mobile market is growing exponentially and is the top priority in our expansion plans for South Asia region this year. He further added,

Mike replaces Tom Lu, who was CEO since the company’s entry into India. Under Tom guidance OPPO has expand their footprint in Indian market. Now, Tom moved into a bigger role, from now onwards he will be responsible for building strong marketing; sales & service centers network for brand in India and achieve company’s vision to be a leader in the Indian market.
As of now, OPPO has 120 service centers across India and are targeting to open 200 service centres by end of 2015.
