There are reports that Nokia is working on bigger displays and this information confirmed by leaked specs of Lumia 625, which is going to release sooner. From the leaked images it looks like Nokia Lumia 625 has 4.7-inch display and certified by Chinese telecom regulator site.

The Windows Phone device features 4.7-inch display, 512MB of RAM, powered by a 1.2GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor. The phone would have a 2000mAh battery besides LTE support. Nokia Lumia 625 comes with GDR2 update pre-installed, would have Data Sense to monitor data usage and FM radio.
The device is expected to go on sale in coming weeks with the price of about $300 to $350 in various countries around the world starting from China.
