Microsoft Announces New Nokia 105 And Nokia 105 Dual SIM Feature Phones And Costs $20

Microsoft has announced that the new Nokia 105 and Nokia 105 Dual SIM feature globally. If you do not know, these are the successor feature phones of the popular Nokia 105 launched back in 2013. Because of the success of those feature phones company has stick with the old name only. Both the feature phones costs $20 (with no taxes and subsidies) and available in Cyan, Black and White colour options. Will be available globally by the end of this month in select markets.

Commenting on the announcement, Microsoft’ Product Marketing Director, Pekka Haverinen said:

Our Phones are as tough and long-lasting as they’ve always been – and of course look great at the same time. We’ve also recognised the desire for Dual SIM mobile phones. People have so many reasons to want a dual SIM device, from having separate numbers for work and family to interstate travel and sharing phones. We’re happy to announce that the new Nokia 105Dual SIM is our most affordable Dual SIM device to date.

On the specifications front, it features 1.45-inch HighColor (16-bit/64K) LCD screen. Both the phones has extended capacity and can store up to 2,000 contacts. Both the feature phone comes with Micro-USB charging point. It also includes features like torchlight and FM radio.

The Nokia 105 packs 800mAh battery, which offers 15 hours of talk time and up t 35 days of standby time. The Dual SIM variant has a standby time of up to 25 days.
