Meizu has announced that the latest smartphone – Meizu M2 will be launched in India next week. It comes in White, Grey, Blue & Pink colours. In China, it was launched at a price tag of 599 Yuan and it is expected that, the price should remain under Rs. 7,000.
On the specifications front, it features 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, screen-to-body ration of 75.6% and protected by AGC Dragontrail glass. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor which is paired with Mali-T720 GPU & 2GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with FlyMe OS 4.5 and has 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 128GB by using microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 13-megapixel rear-camera with LED Flash and 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has Hybrid dual SIM card slot (the second SIM card slot can be used as a microSD card slot) and comes with connectivity features like 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS / GLONASS.
It packs 2500mAh battery.
