Jabra has launched the company’s latest wireless earphones – Jabra Elite Sport in India at a price tag of Rs. 18,990. The Jabra Elite Sport will be available from August 8th, 2017 across India, and comes with the three-year extended warranty. The Jabra Elite Sport will be aimed at fitness enthusiasts.
The Jabra Elite Sport comes with personalized fitness tracking with in-ear heart rate monitor that promises 90%+ accuracy and an integrated app that offers automatic fitness testing (VO2 Max measurement), race-time predictor and recovery advisor. The Jabra Sports Lite app offers real-time in-ear coaching for an uninterrupted workout.
The design of the Jabra Elite Sport is similar to Samsung’s Gear IconX and Jabra Elite Sport offers 4.5 hours of battery life for music and calls, in-ear audio coaching, and heart rate monitoring with VO2 Max data analysis. The earphone ship with a carry case that also doubles up as a charging cradle and offers additional 9 hours of charge to the earphones when they are docked in.
The earphones will have two microphones in each earbud, one for answering calls and the other for noise cancellation. You’ll also be able to answer an incoming voice call automatically thanks to the voice prompts. The earphones will work on Android and iOS platforms, along with the companion app to go along with it.
The Jabra Elite Sport features Bluetooth 4.1, has a frequency range of 20Hz – 20,000Hz, music control buttons, and ship with multi-size ear wings, ear tips, and foam tips. In addition to this, the Jabra Elite Sport are sweat-proof and water-resistant thanks to the IP67 rating.
