Vodafone India has launched the EMI plan for Apple iPhone 6 Plus and according to EMI Plan, Apple iPhone 6 Plus available at a starting price tag of Rs. 8,490 for 16GB, Rs. 15,990 for 64GB and Rs. 23,490 for 128GB as down payment. Consumers have to pay Rs. 3,599 per month for 24 months, apart from down payment. The EMI plan includes 6000 local and STD minutes along with 6GB of 3G data and 1,500 SMSes per month. Along with this, customers with heavy usage can upgrade to new plan by paying Rs.400 per month extra and you get 10,000 local & STD minutes along with 10GB of 3G data and 2,500 SMSes per month.
The EMI offer is also available with a 12-month option or upfront cash payment. There is also an introductory offer (valid till March 31) going on, according to which you get a cash back of Rs. 3,000 too. The offer is available with EMI based Credit Card or financing through Bajaj Finance.
The new Vodafone offer is created for those users whose current mobile bill is around 2,000 per month or more. According to a press release, a mobile user with a monthly bill of Rs.2,000 can now own an iPhone 6 plus at a down payment of just Rs.8,490 by simply paying an additional amount of just Rs.1,599 per month.
If we do just simple math, then over a period of 24-months, customer will end up paying Rs. 94,866 (Rs. 8,499 + Rs. 3,599 x 24 months) for the 16GB model with Vodafone 6K plan while originally, Apple iPhone 6 Plus costs Rs. 62,500.
