HTC has unveiled the Gold HTC One Limited Edition at an initial price of price of £2,750, or about $4400 and in total 5 such phones created. Gold HTC One made of up of 18-carat gold and they are created to celebrate the 18th anniversary of MOBO awards, which recognize black and urban music in the UK. HTC is offering one of the five devices to the winner of the MOBO award for Best Newcomer category on 19th October.
Apart from the outer gold-plated shell, inside it’s the same HTC One which comes with features present in the original HTC One including the Ultrapixel camera with HTC Zoe, dual front-facing speakers with HTC BoomSound and more. For your information, HTC partnered with high-end gold gadget maker Goldgenie to produce the limited-edition gold smartphone.
