HTC has launched the company’s latest smartphone in Desire series – HTC Desire 555 in U.S. at a price tag of US $119. The smartphone available only via Cricket Wireless carrier and there is no word on the availability of smartphone in India.

On the specifications front, the HTC Desire 555 features 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass on top for protection. The smartphone is powered by 1.1 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor which is paired with Adreno 304 GPU & 2GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with HTC Sense UI on top of it and has 16GB internal storage which can be expanded further up to 2TB via microSD card.
Camera:
On the photography front, the HTC Desire 555 features 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front facing camera for selfie & video calling.
Connectivity Features:
The smartphone has connectivity features like 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4,1, GPS, A-GPS GLONASS, and micro USB 2.0 port.

The HTC Desire 555 packs 2,200mAh battery.
