HTC has launched the company’s latest smartphone in HTC 10 series – HTC 10 evo in India at a price tag of Rs. 48,990. The smartphone comes in Cast Iron & perl Gold colours and it is available from HTC estore. Originally, the smartphone introduced back in November last year as the global version of the HTC Bolt.

On the specifications front, the HTC 10 evo smartphone features 5.5-inch Quad-HD Super LCD 3 display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The HTC 10 evo is powered by 2.0GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor which is paired with Adreno 430 GPU & 3GB of RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with HTC sense UI on top if it and it has 32GB internal storage which can be expanded further via microSD card.
On the photography front, the HTC 10 evo features 16MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, OIS, PDAF, 4K video recording, 120fps slow-mo video and 8MP front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
The HTC 10 evo dual-SIM support and connectivity features like 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4,1, GPS with GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C.
The HTC 10 evo doesn’t have 3.5mm audio back and it uses USB Type-C audio. It also comes with HTC BoomSound Adaptive Audio, which scans your ears and the ambient noise around you to adjust audio output to suit your personal hearing capabilities. It also has Hi-Res audio that delivers 24-bit audio.
The HTC 10 evo has water-resistant aluminium build and fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button which claims to unlock the device in just 0.2 seconds.
HTC 10 evo comes with features like split-screen view, free unlimited photo storage with Google Photos app, and inbuilt Google Duo video calling app.
The HTC 10 evo packs 3200mAh battery and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 fast charging technology.
