At MWC 2016, HP has announced the Elite X3 Windows 10 powered smartphone and now the company has revealed the details about pricing & availability of the phone. The HP Elite X3 will be available in US at a price tag of US $699 and when bundled with a phone, headset and Desk Dock, the price expected to be US $799. The phone will be available in total 47 countries including India and there is no word on the availability on any countries. It comes with a couple of optional accessories like Desk Dock and Mobile Extender.
On the specifications features, it features 5.96-inch AMOLED WQHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 px and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by 2.15 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor which is paired with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM. It runs on Windows 10 operating system and has 64GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 2TB via microSD card.
On the specifications front, it features 16MP f/2.0 FHD rear-camera and 8MP FHD front facing camera and Iris camera.
It has connectivity features like 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (2×2), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 LE combo USB 3.0 port with Type-C connector.
It packs 4150 mAh Li-ion polymer battery, non- removable, quick charging.
The phone takes advantage of Windows 10 Continuum feature.
