Demonetisation has become a familiar word after the announcement of banning Rs. 500 & Rs. 1000 notes by honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In this post I’m not sharing my views on banning Rs. 500 & Rs. 1000, but I will share how you can help yourself & the country to move from cash to cashless payments. There are many ways by which you can make cashless payment – either by just swiping your debit or credit card or using eWallet like Paytm.

eWallet is an electronic device, website, software system or database that facilitates commercial transactions by storing a consumer’s credit card, shipping address, and other payment data.
To make it more clear, eWallet is a type of electronic system which is used for transactions made through a computer or a smartphone. eWallet has both a software and information component. The software provides security and encryption for the personal information and for the actual transaction. The information component is basically a database of user-input information. This information consists of your shipping address, billing address, payment methods (including credit card numbers, expiry dates, and security numbers), and other information.
