Gionee has launched the company’s latest smartphone – Gionee S6 in China at a price tag of 1699 Yuan (US $266.58). It come sin Gold & Platinum colours and will be available in China starting 22nd November. The Gionee S6 comes without Elife branding.
On the specifications front, it features 5.5-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and it has 77.8% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek Octa-Core MT6753 processor which is paired with Mali T0720 GPU & 3GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with AMIGO 3.1 operating system and it has 32GB in-built memory which can be expanded further up to 128GB by microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 13-megapixel rear-camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has Hybrid Dual SIM slot (1 microSIM and nanoSIM or 1 microSIM +microSD) with connectivity features like 4G LTE Support, Bluetooth 4.0, USB Type-C 2.0 Port (Reversible).
It packs 3150mAh battery.
It is 6.9mm thick at thickest points and 4mm thick at thinnest point. It measures 151.9 x 74.6 mm in terms of height & width.
