Gionee has launched the company’s latest smartphone in the S series – Gionee Elife S7 in India at a price tag of Rs. 24,999. It comes in White, Black & Blue colours. It is 5.5mm thick and has magnesium alloy frame.

On the specifications front, it features 5.2-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. At the back, there is also Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection and it is powered by 1.7GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6752 64-bit processor which is paired with 2GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Amigo 3.0 UI on top and has 16GB in-built memory.
On the imaging front, it features 13-megapixel rear-camera with LED flash and 8-megapixel front-facing camera with wide-angle lens for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM support and on connectivity front it features it has 4G LTE/3G, Wi-FI 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG and GPS. It has support for 24-bit 192 kHz Hi-Fi quality audio codec.
It has dimensions of 139.8 x 67.4 x 5.5 mm and weighs 126 grams.
It packs 2750mAh battery and according to company claims it lasts for a whole day. The hardware and software performance lower the battery consumption.
