Brother International announced the launch of its first state-of-the-art “TechCorner” in Chennai and it is an exclusive branded store designed to enable Brother India to showcase its entire portfolio of Printers, Scanners, Label Printers and Home Sewing Machine for customers to get first-hand experiential with detailed product demonstrations.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Toshiaki Isayama, Managing Director, Brother International India, said
“We are delighted to announce the exclusive launch of our first experiential centre in India. Chennai is one of our fastest growing regions and this strategic decision to provide high quality sales and after sales support is a proof point of our commitment to deliver unmatched experience for our corporate customers and consumers. Having already established a strong partner network, this initiative is an extension of our efforts to provide expert advise on the choosing the right Brother product to best suit the customer needs.”
Brother India aims to provide detailed demonstrations on product features, user interface, installations and additional troubleshooting tips. The TechCorner also allows the consumer to touch, feel and experience the products before buying it. Additionally, the centre will soon add service capabilities to address any customer issues.
