Asus Fonepad is now available in India at an initial price of Rs 17,999 from online retailer Flipkart. Asus Fonepad features 7-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) IPS display, powered by 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z2460 processor with PowerVR SGX540 GPU, runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB with microSD card. It has 3-megapixel auto focus rear camera with 720p HD video recording and 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 3G data support and voice calling capabilities.
