Sony has announced that there will be no future Android update available for Xperia L, M, C and SP smartphones. If you own any of these smartphones, then this is the sad news.
The Sony Xperia M, Xperia M Dual and the Xperia SP currently runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean while the Xperia L runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. All the four smartphone feature 1GB of RAM and dual-core Krait processor and capable of running Android 4.4 KitKat, Sony decision is little bit puzzled.
Recently, Sony rolled out Android 4.4 KitKat updates for Xperia Z, ZL, ZR and Xperia Tablet Z.
