Yu launched the YUREKA Plus smartphone in India last month at a price tag of Rs. 9,999 and it is available exclusively on Amazon.in. Recently 50,000 units sold out and now the company has announced a price cut of Rs. 1000 which means the smartphone will be available at a price tag of Rs. 8,999 in next flash sale. Don’t be sad, those who already purchased he smartphone will get a gift card worth of Rs. 1,000 from Amazon.in.
If you do not know, Yu Yureka Plus features 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by Octa-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor which is paired with 2GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with Cyanogen OS 12 on top of it and has 16GB in-built memory which can be expanded further by using microSD card.
On the imaging front, it features 13-megapixel auto-focus rear-camera with LED flash and 5-megapiel front-facing camera for selfie & video-calling.
It has dual-SIM slot and connectivity features like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.
