Swipe technologies has launched the company’s latest & first smartphone for kids – Swipe Junior Kids in India at a price tag of Rs. 5,999. The smartphone is specifically targeted for children in the age group 5-15 years and aimed at increasing creativity & making learning fun without compromising kids safety & security. The Swipe Junior smartphone comes in Blue & Pink colour and it is available on all major e-commerce platforms. it comes bundled with one-year free subscription for parental control & geo-tracking services.
On the specifications front, it features 4.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 854 x 540 pixels and it is powered by 1.3GHz dual-core processor which is paired with 512MB of RAm. It runs on Android 4.4 KItKat operating system and has 4GB in-built memory which can be expanded further by using microSD card.
