Sony Xperia M which was launched last month is now available in UK for $295 including VAT and it is expected that it may be released in India by the end of August 2013. As of now, the device is off contract and it features 4-inch FWVGA display, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus chipset featuring a 1GHz dual core Krait processor along with a 1GB of RAM & 4GB of internal storage and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. The device has a 5MP rear camera & a front-facing 0.3MP camera and packs 1700 mAh battery.
